With over 15 years of professional experience, she has successfully advised both private and government institutions on complex legal and corporate matters. Her professional career includes senior leadership positions such as Director – Legal & Board Secretary at D K F Group (Pvt) Ltd and legal advisory roles at Ceylon Steel Corporation Limited and several private sector organizations.

Ms. Vithanage holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Colombo. She is also a Registered Company Secretary, Notary Public, Commissioner of Oaths, Sworn Translator, and Intellectual Property Agent.
